GRADUATED NURSING SCHOOL AND WENT INTO ICU NURSING: High-stress battlefield of healthcare. Learned resilience, witnessed human vulnerability, and understood the true cost of relentless pressure.
TRANSITIONED INTO MEDICAL DEVICE SALES/LEADERSHIP:
Medical Device Sales & Leadership.
Dominated a male-dominated industry. Top performer year after year. Had both my daughters (2008 & 2013). Won the President's Club while pregnant. I was always in a state of "performing," and I had careers in which I was on-call 24/7.
Operating at 150% intensity. Building my career on survival conditioning, not trained capacity. The math was working, until it wasn't. I started to experience more and more health problems, weight fluctuations, and overall just pushed it all to the side. I overrode every signal my body sent. "It was normal" to feel like this...
My body said no.
Complete nervous system shutdown. Every system was failing. Bedridden for two years.
I went to every doctor. Collected diagnoses like trophies I didn't want. Therapists wanted to talk about my childhood. Wellness coaches suggested bubble baths.
No one understood that I wasn't burnt out from working too hard. My body had been screaming for years, and I called it "normal." I thought elite performers were just supposed to feel like shit and push through anyway. With no answers, I stopped asking for permission to fix myself and started rebuilding everything they couldn't.
Two years flat. Every clinical tool I had. Becoming my own experiment.
I turned my collapse into a blueprint.
Built The Capacity Spa, the first clinical performance training for high-capacity women.
Not therapy. Not wellness. Not another mindset program. I engineered what didn't exist: the system that BUILDS mental, physical, and leadership capacity at elite levels.
Evidence-based protocols. Clinical precision. Zero recovery bullshit.
This is where biology, ambition, and performance finally align. Today, I operate at a higher capacity than I ever did in sales. Not by working harder. By building the architecture that sustainable performance demands.
That's what I teach now.
Where high-capacity women are built.
